Note: Faszikel des Standesamtes Oelsnitz [concerning the] Aufgebotsregister 23/1890; Heiratsregister 33/1890 for Fabrikarbeiter Ernst Albin Wunderlich in Oelsnitz und Christiana Bertha Rödel in Oelsnitz Eheschließung am 19. April 1890 Zeugen: Carl Röbert Götz, Fabrikarbeiter in Oelsnitz, Feldstr. 92, 27 Jahre alt Friedrich Julius Gerbeth, Fabrikarbeiter in Oelsnitz, Wilhelmstr. 40g, 26 Jahre alt Baptism record for Ernst Albin Wunderlich, written by the pastor of Untertriebel, according to the baptism register of Untertriebel 1867/6: Ernst Albin, 9. Kind, 7. Sohn des begüterten Einwohners Christoph Heinrich Wunderlich in Untertriebel, evangelisch-lutherischer Confession and his wife Christiane Friedericke geb. Uebel, evangelisch-lutherischer Confession, geboren den 31. Januar 1867 in Untertriebel, getauft daselbst am 31.01. im Hause. Taufzeugen: Johann Gottfried Uebel, begüterter Einwohner in Untertriebel Johann Karl Kießling, begüterter Einwohner in Untertriebel Frau Auguste Friederike Uebel in Untertriebel According to the following text lived groom and bride then (in 1890) in Oelsnitz, Louisenstr. 54b. Before that, Albin Wunderlich lived in Oelsnitz and Dresden [maybe for military service?] For that reason the proclamation took place in Oelsnitz and Dresden. Except of that one can see: The groom’s father was 1890 farmer (“Oeconom”) in Untertriebel, he and his wife were still alive. The bride’s father was living in Regnitzlosau as a weaver, the bride’s mother was deceased. The young couple had already one child and wished to legitimate “Elsa Frieda”, born on March 7, 1888. The name of the groom in “Ernst Albin” in each document but he signed himself “Ernst Alwin”. (That’s not unusual for this time and our area where the name was pronounced “Alwin”.) So, that’s the information from the file. I looked then in the alphabetical index of the birth register and found that first (Illegitimate) child as “Ida Elsa Rödel”, born 1888/111 (mother “Fabrikarbeiterin, Pfaffenberg 54”, possibly in Oelsnitz)
