Note: The following Funeral Notice was in the Salem Evening News on Monday February 19, 2001: "BEVERLY -- Helene Marie (LeBel) Beaulieu, 90, wife of the late William L. Beaulieu, formerly of Beverly, died Saturday, February 17, 2001, in the Pilgrim Rehabilitation Nursing Center in Peabody after a long illness. She was born in Salem August 18, 1910, daughter of the late Joseph and Corinne (Thibault) LeBel. The family moved to Beverly after the famous Salem fire of 1914. She attended Beverly schools and was a member of the St. Alphonsus Parish most of her life. For 35 years, she owned and operated Helen's Beauty Shop in Ryal Side, Beverly and was a past member of the Women's Auxillary to the Yankee Division, Salem. Her late husband, who died in 1974, was co-owner of the former Economy Oil Service of Beverly. Mrs. Beaulieu is survived by a son and his wife, William A. and Margaret Beaulieu of Beverly; a daughter and her husband, Louise "Chickie" and Frank McCormack of Palm Beach, Fla.; a sister, Corinne "Pat" Boucher of Epping, N. H.; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Arthur, Lucien, Ernest and Gerard LeBel and the late Annette Sigman."
