Note: l of natural causes at 8:55 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10,1984, at the Oakland City Worth Hospital. He was born May 19, 1945, inBent- on to H.L. and Vivian Thompson Leeper. He married Evelyn Marvel. Hewas a member of the United Mine Workers Local 5179. Survivors include hisfather of West Frankfort; his wife; three daughters, Dana Sue Robinson ofGermany, Melissa Lynn Leeper and Vivian Carol Leeper, both at home; twostepsons, Fred Conaway and William T. Bacon III, both of Oakland City,Ind.; two stepdaughters, Patricia Bacon and Theresa Ten-nant, both ofKankakee; one sister, Moetta Robinson of West Frankfort and twograndchildren. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Union FuneralHome in West Frankfort. Burial will be in Boner Cemetery.
