Thomas Ashby and also I connect to a person who descends through James
R. Isaacs who also connects to the other people who descend throught
Thomas Ashby. I also connect to a person who descends through the Gentry
family and also connects to the other person who descends through JamesR.
Isaacs. So it looks like a good possibility that our James R. Isaacs was
a son to Elisha Isaacs and Sarah Gentry and a grandson to Godfrey Isaacs
and Sarah Ashby.
I THINK WITH THE DNA AND THE FACT THAT JAMES R. ISAACS WAS BORN IN NORTH
CAROLINA IN OCT 1799 AND THERE ONLY WAS TWO ISAACS THAT COULD HAVE JAMES'
FAMILY THE MOST LIKELY FATHER TO JAMES R. IS ELISHA ISAACS WHO WAS FROM
MT. AIRES SURRY CO. NC. I WAS TOLD BY AN ISAACS FROM FRANKLIN CO. IL THAT
THEY THOUGHT THAT JAMES R. WAS FROM MT. AIRES.
