  SERVICES TUESDAY FOR DU QUOIN MAN
 Walter ISAACS, 91, of Rt. 3, Du Quoin, died Sunday at
 Pinckneyville Community Hospital.
 Mr. ISAACS, was born in Thompsonville, Jan. 24, 1878, the
 son of Page and Nancy BAIN ISAACS.
 He married Ida CHARLTON. [sic]
 Mr. ISAACS was a retired coal miner. He was a member of the
 United Mine Workers of America, and a member of the Sunfield
 Methodist Church.
 Surviving are his wife; sons, Orville C. and Louis R., both
 of Rt. 3, Du Quoin; daughters Mrs. Howard BISHOP of Rt. 3,
 Du Quoin, and Mrs. Howard GILLIAM of Rt. 1, Tamaroa; a
 sister, Mrs. Lou EVANS of Denver, Colo.; and 11
 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
 Eleven brothers and sisters, a grandchild, and a
 great-grandchild preceded him in death.
 Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Keeling
 Funeral Home in Du Quoin, with the Rev. Lloyd HAGEL
 officiating.
 Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
 Friends may call after 6p.m. today.
