That in Nov 1885,Rufus became jealous of her and began accusing her of having criminalconnections with her brother George Isaaacs and has kept up such accusations untilthe present. That Rufus, since he became jealous, refused to take her to seeher father and mother who lived about three miles from the home of Rufus, and refused any conveyance for her to see them. That last July, beig anxiousto see her parents, she carried the baby and walked to her father's home andfrom becoming over heated, she was taken violently sick and said sicknesslasted about 5 days and becoming dangerously sick, she sent for her husband andhe refused to come to her, but he did come after the Doctor told him thatshe was dangerously sick. She futher states that he has been cruel to her,cursing and abusing her, accusing her of infidelity, whipping and beating her so muchthat she can no longer live with him. That she has had three children by said marriage: Moses A, Mary A and William M of whom she asks custody. Notes!
