ROSS C. STEPHENS
Ross C. STEPHENS, 66, of 1216 N. Market St., Marion, died Friday, July16,
1976, in St. Luke's Hospital in St. Louis.
Mr. Stephens was a retired coal miner.
He was a member of the Third Baptist Church in Marion and of UMWA No.9678.
He was born in Thompsonville on Jun 27, 1910, to George and Effie CARTER
STEPHENS. He married Pauline NEWMAN in Harrisburg on Aug. 26, 1930.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline; a son, Donald, of Marion; a daughter
Paula HARGRAVES, of Marion; and one grandchild.
One grandchild, a brother and a sister preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Mitchell Funeral Homein
Marion. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
