Note: Imogene Christy Isaacs PLUMFIELD -- Imogene Christy Isaacs, 82, of Plumfield, passed awayThursday, May 5, 2005, in the St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in MountVernon. She was born Feb. 1, 1923, in Dog Prairie, a small community inFranklin County, to Walter and Elsie Amanda moore Christy. She was amember of Dog Prairie Methodist Church. Imogene married Barney IsaacsNov. 13, 1948, in Franklin County. She was preceded in death by herhusband in 1977; her parents; two sisters, Helen and Anna Christy; threebrothers, Edward, Robert and Kenneth Christy; and two children, DonnaJean Isaacs in 1959 and David Lynn Isaacs in 1975. She is survived by onedaughter, Julia Darlene Schroeder and husband John of Herrin; three sons,Wayne Isaacs and wife Cathy of yellowknife, Northwest Territories,Canada, Gary Isaacs and wife Carol of Plumfield and Ronald Isaacs ofMarion; five grandchildren, Carla Faro Haines and husband Scott ofPeoria, Casey Faro Payne and husband eric of Normal, Kelsie and MichaelIsaacs of Oklahoma City and David Isaacs of Carterville; six stepgrandchildren, Sgt.
