Stevens for and during the term of her natural life my house and lot on Chatsworth St. in City of Baltimore where J. W. Stevens and family now reside, to permit said John W. Stevens and family to use said house and lot as a residence as long as said John W. Stevens shall continue to pay weekly the sum of three dollars to be applied by the said Trustee or Trustees to the payment of the taxes and ground rent..."
