Note: 1. Queen Anne's County Court records 15 Sep 1827 - Ordered that letters of administration on the personal estate of John Baggs, late of Queen Anne's County, dec'd, ? to Philemon B. Hopper, on his filing Bond with Tho Ashcorn and Daniel C. Hopper as his securities in the ? sum of fifteen thousand dollars. 15 Sep 1827 - On the Application of Philemon B. Hopper, adm. of John Baggs, late of Queen Anne's County, dec'd, the Court appointed Thos B. Turpin and John Neavitts to appreciate the personal estate of said deceased. 28 Sep 1827 - Ordered that the inventory of the personal estate of John Baggs late of Queen Anne's County, dec'd, be received filed and recorded 28 Sep 1827 - On application of Philemon B. Hopper, adm of John Baggs, late of Queen Anne's County, de 'd, the Court appointed Thos B.
