Murray and Mary A. C. D. H. Emory Brother Daniel C. H. EmoryArthur also mentions in his Will his various properties which he bequeathed to his wife and, if they had no children (which apparently they did not), would go to his brother and sisters named above. These properties were: Allabands Haphazzard Enlarged, Darland Resurveyed, Welsh Ridge, Hap Hazzards Addition, Emory's Branch and Spring Garden. Note, all these properties were owned by Thomas Emory and mentioned in his Will. So, there is a clear connection here between this Arthur Emory and Thomas Emory. In his Will, Thomas Emory left part of Welsh Ridge, Hap Hazzard and Emory's Branch to his "grandson Arthur Emory" with reversion to another grandson, Thomas Goldsborough Emory. Thomas also gave his grandson Thomas Goldsborough Emory the following: "remaining part..of Welsh Ridge, Hap Hazzard, Hap Hazzard Addition, Emory's Branch and Allabonds Hazzard Enlarged".
