  There is a William Rasch, age listed as 75, lving as an "insane patient" at Bay View Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. The age is close. However, the census records indicate that the parents of patient William Rasch were born in Maryland whereas our William Rasch's parents were born in Germany. However, the census records could be incorrect.
