  3. . Joseph H. Nicholson is listed in QA in the 1850 Census. However, he is not listed in the 1860 Census. Rather, his wife "Ann C. Nicholson" is listed in the 1860 Census. Therefore, he must have died between 1850 and 1860. His age is listed as 40 in the 1850 Census and the 1820 Census lists only two male children both of whom are under 10 years of age in the household of his widowed mother, Charlotte (Gibson) Nicholson. However, in the 1810 Census, there was one male child under 10 in Joseph's household. An LDS IGI file (#1903552) lists the birth year of JHN as 1806. However, from the the ages given for him in the 1850 and 1820 Census, JHN may have been born in 1810/11
4.. Probate records:. 1854, Ann Nicholson listed as administrator of the estate of her husband Joseph Hopper Nicholson who died intestate. Recheck this.
Note:   1. Not found in 1840 Maryland Census. Neither was his mother Charlotte (Gibson) Nicholson fo
