Schwartz and Evelyn M. (Fegley) Schwartz Hamm . She was a graduate of Allentown Hospital School of Nursin g. She worked as a registered nurse for the former Allentow n General, Lehigh Valley Hospital, Good Shepherd, The Luthe ran Home at Topton, Miller Keystone Blood Center and wa s a member of AORN. She was a member of Emmaus Moravian Chu rch. Ann was the treasurer of the Upper Milford Field and S tream, member of the Vera Cruz Senior Citizens, worked th e voting polls, was an ombudsman for Lehigh County, and wa s an avid knitter. Survivors: Husband; Sons, David Kim an d wife Susan of Lansdale and Donald Kim and wife Dahlia o f Boca Raton, FL; Daughter, Dr. Lisa Torp wife of Dr. Josep H Esposito of Lewisberry; Grandchildren, Annika Torp, Kir a Kim, and Anya Kim; Brother, Larry Schwartz and wife Gwene th of Ft. Collins, CO; Sisters, Judith wife of Larry Paul o f Stillwater, Linda wife of Chuck Miller of Emmaus, Janet w ife of Ronald Lichtenwalner of Emmaus, and Cynthia wife o f John Graves of Allentown. Services: Funeral Service Thurs day, Dec. 11, 2014 at 5:30 PM in Schantz Funeral Home, P.C. , 250 Main St., Emmaus. Viewing 4:00 to 5:30 PM in the fune ral home.
