 Presented: that Robert Whitcombe, admitted on the surrender of Benjamin Parton, surrendered the property to the use of his will, 1777; that it was conveyed in trust to the Rev. Francis Huyshe and Francis Coke, clerk, on the marriage of Richard, son of Robert Whitcombe to Sarah. daughter of the Rev.John Huish, and neither of them was admitted.
