 The Cameron family tree shows this William as a miller. A William Ketteringham was a “miller (wind)” in Attleborough Kelly’s Directory 1883. That could be his son William, but there an 1881 census entry in Norwich that fits him.

 Free BMD has a William Ketteringham died Jun 1893 Downham (a district mainly Norfolk and bit of Cambridge). Could it be him? Seems not.
