He married: firstly to Jean, daughter of John Ogilvy, of Balgray, eldest son of John Ogilvy, of Inverkeilour, (c/m 6 September, 1602,) secondly to Elizabeth Fraser, and d. in 1647. --- Married Elizabeth Campbell 16 Jun 1629?
