Born in Scotland June 1842, married Isabelle Murdock June of 1866 in Pitsligo, Aberden, Scotland. Children - John M Robertson -b. 1865 Mary - b.1868 Agnes - b. 1871 Robert immigrated to the US in 1883 / Isabelle and children came in 1886/or 1887 ~Isabella Robertson (my gr grandmother) immigrated in 1888/or 1890 to live with them as she was living with them for the 1890 census. Robert Robertson died June 17, 1900 Isabelle Murdock Robertson (born Feb. 1846) died 1932 daughter Agnes - b. 1871 - died 1933. The three of them are buried in the Lakeview Cemetery in Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA I can not find any parents listed for Robert - anywhere. A mystery. The photo of Robertsons taken in Scotland I have - it says 'Early 1900's. James and Isabel Robertson, her 2 sisters and 1 sister's husband &amp; child." (upon looking again - the roof is not thatched - it is slated, the house is stone. The photographers mark on the back says "Saltwell Rd. GatesHead-on-Tyne, England. Someone thought that was the address of the photographer's business. Not sure if this helps at all - maybe you can figure out who Robert Robertson was and how he fit into the family. Thanks!
