 "Death Calls Mrs. Louise Maschmeier
 Mrs. Louise Maschmeier, 83, for 35 years a resident of Beatrice and vicinity, died last night at a local hospital. Her home was at Second and Florence streets. She is survived by a son, Charles, Liberal, Kas., and five daughters, Mrs. William Bower, Beatrice; Mrs. Minnie Isaacs, Turpin, Okla.; Mrs. Max Brandt, Misses Elizabeth and Emma, all of Beatrice. She also leaves a brother, Ernest Thomas living in Germany. Her husband is deceased.
 The body is at the Bergmeyer chapel pending funeral arrangements."
