  OTTAWA -- Elroy J. Kaub, 78, Ottawa, died Thursday, Feb. 18, 1999, at a Richmond nursing home.
 Mr. Kaub was a farmer and stockman and a carpenter. He worked on the construction of the Co-op Elevator,and he also had been a realtor in the 1970s and 1980s.
 He was born Aug. 13, 1920, at Ottawa, the son of Ernest Elroy and Helen Irene Mulvany Kaub. He attended Ottawa High School. Mr. Kaub was a former member of the Tauy Baptist Church, and he attended North Baptist Church in Ottawa. He married Ruth Ann Moody. She died in 1965.
