Note: LENA LIEBERT LENA BELLE LIEBERT, daughter of Earl William and Lillie Mae (Lytle) Horner, was born August 4, 1919 east of Seiling, Oklahoma in Dewey County. She departed this life on Friday, September 3, 2010 at the Seiling Nursing Center at the age of 91 years. Lena was raised east of Seiling and she attended the Guy School. She was united in marriage to Lloyd James Liebert, August 4, 1937 at Taloga. They made their home west of Seiling where she worked as a homemaker. Lena also did house cleaning for others. She was a wonderful cook and she enjoyed family dinners and get-togethers. She liked to garden and raise flowers. She was an avid reader and she liked doing embroidery work. Lloyd and Lena moved into Seiling in May 1996. Lloyd preceded her in death February 18, 1998. She is survived by one brother: Gilbert Horner of Seiling besides several nieces and nephews including Connie Bush and husband Terry of Edmond and Sue Staley of Kremlin. Besides her husband, she was preceded by her parents, four sisters and six brothers. The graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at the Brumfield Cemetery with Dennis Adair, Pastor of the First Christian Church, officiating. Services are under the direction of the Redinger Funeral Home.
