Note: Laramie, Dec. 6, 1897 A young man by the name of Tom Lytle had a flnger amputated at Hanna yesterday. It was Injured white working in the mlne. Oct 18, 1901 Tom Lytle killed a deer last Saturday a short distance north of town, where local ninrods with hunters' records have looked long and in vain for a target in the shape of a deer. Mar 24, 1905 One of Del Meglemre's fourhorse teams struck a lively gait coining from Aladdin on Wednesday of this week. While Del was at a slight disadvantage the horses made a dash and ran for a mile or more with a top-heavy load of about two tons, crossing Sundance creek twice in their reckless right without capsizing the wagon. Tom Lytle wasin the rear with another four-horse string, which he whipped up to such a speed as to overtake the runaways before any damage was done. Feb 28, 1908 Jonn and Tom Lytle left today for the Haines sawmill on Redwater,whtere .thi,ey w.ill be employed for some time. Feb 14, 1913 Tom Lytle, writing to a friend in this city from Amiret, Minn., statns that everything is lovely there and he likes the country, but he is disappointed in his contract with Uncle Sam Trunx. It is understood that he went to Minnesota to work for Uncle Samuel onhis farm, beingassuredof steady work for one year. Now Tom says he is only given twenty-two hours' work each day, there being two hours of every twenty-four: that he is out of employment. May 22, 1913 Tom Lytle who has been working for Uncle Sam Truax,at Mankato, Minn., for the past seven months, returned home last night. Oct 1, 1919 Tom Lytle, in from, Tower today, states that that post office is to bo discontinued on this date, according to a report accepted as true.
