 S R Timms, well known man of the Six and Twenty section of Anderson County died near Timms Mill at 1:30 o'clock after a long illness. Mr. Timms was the son of the late Jesse Timms, prominent farment of the county. His widow Miss Ella Gentry, sons Richard, Guy, Samuel Lesser, daughters Mrs Dolly Shuman, Mrs Minnie Cartee, Mrs Lorene Trotter. Funeral services at 4:00 o'clock at 6 & 20 Church. Presiding was E E White. Internments in Cemetery.
