a. Note:   ed as aged 13 an agricultural labourer giving the birth year as c.1827, which corresponds to the confirmed 1851 census entry. He was listed after a john Francis age 50 and his family and before a john Coleman age 27 and his name was spelt Ruffell on ho 107 /1023/2 page 13.
  There is a David listed in the IGI as christened in 1837 in Bacton to George and Susan.
 I have found another David as born around 1837 in Sudbury but have confirmed him as another individual with his family where the father is listed in the census as William and they are out with Bacton.
 I do know for certain that this David’s father was a George confirmed via his marriage cert which is of course the father shown on the 1837 birth record. David’s father George would most likely have been 21 or older making him born before 1806 [note 2016; George was born 1794]. Most probable they had other children born prior to 1827 but I have not yet found them. The birth date for David which is given is wrong.
  18 FEB 2016 David’s wife Mary Alexander / finch was baptised twice once in 1833 and the 2nd baptism has the date of 9 Jul 1837, the same day that I have for David. So it seems that David was baptised in 1837 and the birth date should read 1826/27 and his parents were indeed George and Susan!
