Those who came from a distance to attend the funeral were: John Hansen, Sr., her brother; John Hansen, Jr., her nephew, both from Duluth; Frode K. and Helen Markve Jensen, her daughter; Harold Anthony and Anna Bergetta Grotta Markve, her son; Mr. & Mrs. Harold Markve Sr., sons James, Thomas, and Harold Jr. from Lead, South Dakota; Mrs. Emily Nelson, Westbrook, Minnesota; Neil Owen, Minneapolis, Minnesota; Mrs. Oscar Flisrand, Arlington; and Mr. ad Mrs. Harold Thorsgaard, Minnespolis, Minnesota. Six grandsons were pallbearers; Neil and Manley Owen, Harold Markve Jr., Thomas, Lindy and Kenneth Markve. Mrs. E.S. Vik was soloist at both services; and sang, "The Great White Flock" in Norwegian; "My Jesus I Love Thee"; "I Know of a Sleep in Jesus Name" and "Nearer My God To Thee". Mrs. Mary Ann Peterson and Mrs. Earling Johnson were accompanists.
