  Mrs. Nellie M. Ridner, 86, of 1818 Magnolia Dr., a member of Monroe Missionary Baptist Church, died at 5 a.m. today in Mercy-Memorial Hospital.
  Friends may call after 3 p.m.
 Sunday in the Bennett Funeral Home, Monroe Chapel. She will lie in state Tuesday in Monroe Missionary Baptist Church from 9 a.m. until services at 10. The Rev. Von Loop will officiate and burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery, LaSalle.
  Born April 8, 1896, in Mount Vernon, Ky., she was the daughter of Thomas F. and Juelma (Robertson) Bullock. She was married May 3, 1918, to Noah M. Ridner in Harrison, Ky., by her grandfather, J.C. Bullock.
  She was a member of the Monroe Senior Citizens.
  Survivors include 4 sons, Nolan M. Sr. of LaSalle, Dale P. of Hamburg, and Noah M. Jr. and Ancel P.;both of Monroe; 3 daughters, Mrs. Everette (Oka) Strunk, Mrs. Forest R. Payne and Mrs. Dale (Eva) Lajiness, all of .
 Monroe; a brother, Herman Bullock of Monroe; 2 sisters, Mrs. Grace D.
 Mullins of Mount Vernon, Ky., and Mrs. Ollie Williams of Richmond, Ky.; 18 grandchildren; 21 greatgrandchildren, and 2 great-greatgrandchildren.
  She was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers and a sister.
