 His NC death certificate lists the middle initial as "A" and date of death as Feb 3, 1929, with burial on Feb 4. His father's name is shown as Sol Goswick. The informant was W.S. Goswick, possibly a son, William Solomon Goswick. His name is shown as "Jason Thomas Goswick" on the 1980 death certificate of his son, John Frank Goswick.
