Mrs. Isabelle Patterson Lett, 84, of Sanford, N.C. , died Friday, March 26, 2010, at her residence.
Mrs. Lett was born in Harnett County, N.C., on Dec. 22, 1925, to the late Leslie Patterson and Flora Morrison Patterson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Wesley Lett.
Mrs. Lett is survived by a son, Tony Gilbert Lett and wife, Rosilyn “Rozie” Leone Lett of Sanford; a daughter, Janice Lett Coleman and husband, Arthur John Coleman, III of Sanford; a sister, Elizabeth Page of Morehead City, N.C. ; three grandsons, Nicholas Lett, Jonathan Lett, and Matthew Lett and also many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 28, 2010, from 3 to 6 PM at Jonesboro Heights Baptist Church (G. W. McDowell Hall). At Other times the family will be at 1121 Revenel Drive, Sanford, N.C.
The funeral service will be Monday, March 29, 2010, at 11:00 AM at Jonesboro Heights Baptist Church with Dr. Mark Gaskins and Rev. Gilbert McDowell officiating. Burial will follow at Moore Union Christian Church Cemetery on Buckhorn Road.
Memorials may be made to the Jonesboro Heights Baptist Church Building Fund, 316 West Main Street, Sanford, N.C. 27332.
