Note: Mark Jennings of Johnson City Tenn contributes:I have found records that Daniel Jennings purchased land in Caswell County, NC in 1801 and James Jennings purchased land in Caswell County, NC in 1806. Both are on the census for Caswell County in 1810. Most people think Daniel is James' father (?).
