a. Note:   t broken by the death of his wife Poppy, Gould (he was called) ignored his business and drank himself to death. His daughter Evie married Oliver Walford (my grandfather) whose family line runs back to John Desborough (Disbrowe) who married Jane Cromwell. My email is mcdowall@@hkstar.com. William McDowall
  Yesterday I was looking at the old photo books of the Milsom family passed down to my first cousin Caroline Rodger. Her mother was billeted on her great uncle the Rev Edward Milsom when my mother was born.
  Poppy was the daughter of Charles Milsom Jnr.
 Her real name is lost-all letters address her as Poppy.
