Note: l were Jacob T. Morey and George Kleingelter. Philip bequeathed his father, Jacob Morey, "one part of a lot of land which I own. The other part is already in his possession". He gave Mary Rumel $100 to be paid 6 months after his death. He gave Wilson Deitterich, son of John Deitterich, $100 when he is 21. He gave his sister, Gutah (Judah) Morey, the rest of his property and the residue of his estate. The executor of Philip's estate was his brother, Jacob Morey Jr. His will was probated 27 April 1840. An inventory was taken 8 May 1840 by Joshua Hagerman and William T. Frutchey. The estate was settled 12 May 1840.
