Note: The sponsors at Sarah A. Morey's baptism were David Jones and Susanna. In 1850 Sarah (aka. Sally) (Morey) Yetter, age 38, was living in Lower Mt. Bethel Twp., Northampton Co., PA, with her husband, George Yetter, age 42 a farmer, and their three sons; Hiram Yetter age 12, Joseph Yetter age 8, and Levi Yetter age 1. A Sophia Straus, age 19, was also listed in their household. Their farm was valued at $3,500. (1850 census, microfilm roll #803, pg. 445, house #413) In 1870 Sarah A. Yetter, age 57, was living in Upper Mt. Bethel Twp., Northampton Co., PA, with her husband, George Yetter, age 58 a farmer. They owned real estate valued at $12,000 and personal property of $520. Their children had left home. (1870 census, microfilm roll 1383, pg. 447, house #655) In 1880 Sarah (listed as Sally) (Morey) Yetter, age 66, was living in Johnsonville, Northampton Co., PA, with her husband, George Yetter age 68 a retired farmer. They were living in the household of their married son, Joseph T. Yetter age 38 a farmer, his wife, Carrolina (Eilenberger) Yetter age 36, and three of their children; daughter Mary C. Yetter age 15, son Luther P. Yetter age 12, and son Peter F. Yetter age 7. Also living in the same household were Sarah's parents, Tobias Morey age 91 a retired farmer and Margaret Morey age 88.
