Note: The sponsors at Reuben Morey's baptism were his parents. Sometime after 1858, Reuben moved to Minnesota. He was still living there in 1884, when his father's estate was settled, and in 1890, when his mother died.
In 1880 Reuben Morey, age 45, born in PA, a farmer, was living in Cottage Grove, Washington Co., Minnesota, with his second wife, Margaret Morey, age 37, born in New York, and three of their daughters, all born in Minnesota; Lillie Morey age 14, Eva Morey age 12, and Sophia Morey age 6.
