Note: e of 14. Rosina Mory was married to Jacob Jacoby by Rev. Abraham Blumer. Rosina and Jacob Jacoby lived in Lower Saucon Twp., Northampton Co., PA. On 6 September 1834, Rosina wrote her will. At that time she was living with her son, Jacob Jacoby Jr. She directed that her estate be divided into three equal shares and bequeathed the first share to her brother, Jacob Morey, in trust for the children of her son, Philip Jacoby; the second share to her brother, Jacob Morey, in trust for her daughter Caty, the wife of Abraham Luckenbach, interest to be paid to her alone during her natural life, exclusive of her husband; and the third share to her son, Jacob Jacoby Jr. She appointed her brother, Jacob Morey, of Upper Mount Bethel Twp., the sole executor. The witnesses were Owen Rice and George Sherer. Her will was proved 24 October 1834. (Estate file #4489, will book 5, pg. 342, Northampton County Government Center, Easton, PA).
