Note: . In 1847 Catharine (Jacoby) Luckenbach and her husband, Abraham Luckenbach, were living near Freemansburg but in Lehigh Co., PA. In 1850 Catharine (Jacoby) Luckenbach, age 54, was living in Bethlehem, PA, with her husband, Abraham, Luckenbach, age 56 a blacksmith. They owned real estate valued at $500. Listed in the same house was J. Dreisbach and his wife, N. Dreisbach, and their five children. (1850 census, microfilm roll #802, Northampton Co., Bethlehem, pg. 251, house #25) In 1870 Catharine (Jacoby) Luckenbach, a widow, was living in the household of her son-in-law and daughter, Abraham and Clementine Transue, in South Bethlehem. (1870 census, microfilm roll 1381, Northampton Co., PA, Bethlehem, pg. 367, house #447) Catharine's obituary appeared in the "Bethlehem Daily Times". She diedfintestate. The administrator of her estate was Renaudus Luckenbach. (Estate file #8988, Northampton County Government Center, Easton, PA) Catharine is buried in Salem Union Cemetery (now part of Nisky Hill Cemetery) in Section G, Row 07, grave #05. The date of birth inscribed on her tombstone is 4 October 1795 but the church of her baptism shows she was born 14 October 1795.
