In 1870 Sarah (Mory) Grim, age 43, was living in Allentown, Lehigh Co., PA, with her husband, Ephraim Grim, age 51 a farmer, with their daughter, Mary Grim age 13 attending school. Also listed in their household was Sophia Huber, age 25, a servant. They owned real estate valued at $29,600 and personal property of $12,175. In 1880 Sarah (Mory) Grim, age 53, was living in the 3rd Ward in Allentown, Lehigh Co., PA, with her husband, Ephraim Grim age 60 a dry goods merchant. Also listed in their household were Sarah's unmarried brother, Andrew Mory age 63 a laborer, and Ida Trexler age 23 a servant. (1880 census, National Archives Film T9-1146, Page 59A)
