In 1870 Susanna Wilt, age 41, was living in Emmaus in Salisbury Twp., Lehigh Co., PA. She was still single and was living with Elizabeth Kemmerer, age 68. In 1880 Susan Wilt, age 54 and still unmarried, was living in Emmaus, Lehigh Co., PA, in the household of Sophia Druckenmiller, age 27. Susan was working in a tobacco shop. (1880 census, National Archives Film T9-1146, Page 235A)
