Note:   In the book Diehl Descendants 1689-1998 by Peggy Dale Chapman (2000), on pages 59 and 60, she lists a deed of sale in 1789 from George Deal to William Frizzell in what appears to be Lincoln County. It is proved by a Peter Justice. I take this Peter Justice to be Peter Justice, Sr. William Frizzell was most likely Capt. Frizzell who served in the Revolutionary War and had came from Rowan County, NC. His daughter Elizabeth married James Maloney Sr. sometime around 1793. It should be noted that Abraham Justice`s sister Mary Polly Justice married James Maloney, Jr. in October 1823.
