  William M. Casner
 April 21, 1909-December 7, 1995
  Funeral services for William M. "Willie" Casner, 86, of Newark, are at 10 a.m. Monday at the Newark Chapel of Henderson, Van Atta & Johnston Funeral Service with the Rev. Robert L. Knox officiating. Burial will follow in Wilson Cemetery.
 Mr. Casner, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, died Dec. 7, 1995, at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born April 21, 1909, in Coshocton,to the late Burchard H. and Mary Jane (Brannon) Casner.
 Mr. Casner worked for Heisey Glass for 15 years. He retired in 1974 from Owens-Corning after 31 years of service, where he had been a binder mixer.
 He is survived by his wife, Edna (Sturm) Casner; and nieces and nephews.
 A brother and sister preceded him in death.
