(Rita) Shade Jr. of Columbus and Barbara (Clyde) Wright of Sunbury. Also survived by grandchildren, Albert J. (Faith) Shade III, Lori (Greg) Wentzel, Kim (Don) Mann, Scott (Grethe) Holdren and Philip (Diane) Holdren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; special sister, Wilma Longhino of Columbus; brother, Albert R. Cochrun of Ariz.; nieces and nephews, including Cindy Shoup and Barry Longhino; "Grandma Helen" to numerous youth at Marion Youth Facility. Preceded in death by brother Jack Cochrun. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Rd., Westerville, Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service will be held at Minerva Park United Methodist Church, 4930 Cleveland Ave., Columbus, Sunday at 2 p.m. Rev. Scott Waibel officiating. Private interment. Eastern Star service Saturday at 3 p.m.

 She was a member of Minerva Park United Methodist Church and Greater Columbus Emmaus Community. She was a 50-year member of Eastern Star, Robert Morris Chapter #372.
 Helen was the loving mother of Albert J. (Rita) Shade Jr. of Columbus and Barbara (Clyde) Wright of Sunbury. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Albert J. (Faith) Shade III, Lori (Greg) Wentzel, Kim (Don) Mann, Scott (Grethe) Holdren and Philip (Diane) Holdren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; a special sister, Wilma Longhino of Columbus; a brother, Albert R. Cochrun of Arizona; nieces and nephews, including Cindy Shoup and Barry Longhino; and was "Grandma Helen" to numerous youth at Marion Youth Facility.
 She was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Cochrun.
 Visitation was at Moreland Funeral Home, Westerville. An Eastern Star Service was held. Services were held at Minerva Park United Methodist Church, Columbus with the Reverend Scott Waibel officiating. Private interment.
