Pap, Thanks for letting me know about the schooling. Did either of your parents finish school? I think it was fairly rare when they were going t o school for a farming family to finish, so I am guessing that grandpa didn't. But, I thought Grandma went to school in Turtle Creek. Did she finish there? Or Trafford? Yeah, it sounds like mom and dad have had their fill of storms, tornadoes and weather related craziness for a while! I am interested in seeing the pictures when mom sends them. Tell Mimi I said Hi!

I attended Murrysville Elementary & Franklin Twp. High school in Newlonsburg, a suburb of Murrysville. I completed the tenth grade. As for Grandpa Smith I believe he went to a one room school house in the Newlonsburg area. Grandma Smith attended grade school & high school in Trafford, PA.
Just talked with your Dad. Him & your Mom are on their way back home & going through a rough rain storm.
