 Poughkeepsie, NY, Nov 26 - The disgrace of Fred W Pugsley, lawyer, Sunday school superintendant and politician, who left this city some time ago under a cloud, was made complete yesterday when it became known that the grand jury had indicted him on 15 counts for felony.

 Frederick W Pugsley, 58 years old, died here today at 1551 South Holyrood street. He leaves a widow and daughter, Marion, 12 years old, in straitened circumstances.
 The dead man is said to have been at one time attorney for Vassar College and to have wealthy connections in Poughkeepsie, NY. Monthly remittances came from NY, the rent of property left by his mother. But this was not enough to maintain a home and Mrs Pugsley took such work as she could do. At one time she sewed hooks and eyes on cards for a local factory. ......... he was involved in the bankruptcy of the Imperial Publishing Company of Poughkeepsie and disappeared afterwards
