a. Note:   William and his brother Richard Phelps Aylsworth were the Executors of their father's estate. William lived on the family homestead in 1902, at the time of his father's death. The following NOTICE was published in the Ingersoll Chronicle on Thursday, February 14, 1918, page 5, column 7: "William Aylesworth died suddenly, Dorchester, Feb 11 -- Death came very suddenly to William Aylesworth at his home on Concession 1, North Dorchester [township], this afternoon. He had gone out for a pail of water and suddenly fell over lifeless. He was 71 years old and is survived by his wife. The service will be held on Wednesday afternoon to Dorchester Union Cemetery." === The final WILL AND TESTAMENT of WILLIAM AYLESWORTH was dated September 15 1915 and was proved and registered in the Surrogate Court of the County of Middlesex, Ontario on March 1st 1918. It reads as follows: "THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TETAMENT Oof me, WILLIAM AYLESWORTH, of the Township of North Dorchester, in the County of Middlesex, Yeoman. 1. I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, both real and personal, of every nature and kinds whatsoever, to my wife, Marget Ann Aylsworth, and I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife the sole Executrix of this my last Will and testatment. 2. I revoke all former wills, and direct my said wife to pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses. 3. It is my wish that my wife shall make a will, leaving any property she has to my nice Alice Bell [
