  This John STANTON is listed in the 1850 United States Census, but he is not listed in the 1860 Census. As of this date, I have been unable to find any further information about this John STANTON. Perhaps he child died between 1850 and 1860.
  Further, I have not located any confirmation at all regarding Mary Elizabeth STANTON, said to be a twin sister of John. Mary Elizabeth is not listed in either the 1850 or the 1860 census.
