  This URL indicates that Mary died on Feb 10, 1892 in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada and that she is bured in the Brandon Municipal Cemetery. Her inscription reads: "In memory of/Mary Drenan/wife of/James Birmingham/Died/Feb 10, 1892/aged 74 years/Asleep in Jesus/"

  IMPLICATIONS OF THIS FINDING:
  I believe this shows that Mary Ann BIRMINGHAM (nee DRENNAN/WELLWOOD) was living in or near Brandon at the same time as her daughter, Sarah Ann WELLWOOD who was married to Simon Ferguson LLOYD. Further, Mary Ann probably spent time with one of the daugthers of Sarah Ann and Simons Ferguson LLOYD ... namely, Sarah Charlotte LLOYD, who later married William Perry AYLESWORTH. This Sarah Charlottle LLOYD would have been a granddaughter to Mary Ann AND Sarah Charlotte AYLESWORTH (nee LLOYD) was my paternal grandmother. In other words, three generations of my ancestral DRENNAN/WELLWOOD/LLOYD family lived near to one another in Brandon, Manitoba Canada!! My father, Robert Wesley AYLESWORTH, was born in Brandon in 1915. His great-grandmother Mary Ann died in 1892, before my father was born in 1915. Then my dad's mother, Sarah Charlotte AYLESWORTH (nee LLOYD) died when my dad was only six. Dad lived for three years with his maternal grandparents, following the death of his mother, but then he was sent to Calgary to live with/near to his father. Thus, Dad knew very little about the history of his own family, and espcially little about his mother's ancestry.
