a. Note:   Clyde P. Faubion moved from Alma to Hutchison in 1905. As a young man he owned and operated the Royal Barber Shop, later entering the real estate field. He was associated with J. N. Bailey & Sons insurance and real estate firm for thirty-four years, then established his own reality business and was president of the Hutchison Real Estate Board at the time of his death. they were members of the Park Place Christian Church.
