Located Theodore Thomas and his family in the 1920 Census in Maricopa County, Creighton Township, Arizona. Also located in same location in 1930. At that time, only Elizabeth Maybelle was still listed as living at home. She would have been born about 1908. His occupation was listed as contractor-building in the 1930 Census. The death certificate for Theodore indicates that his middle name was Taylor (but this was provided by his wife who also claimed that his father's name was Taylor and had been born in PA -- both of which are wrong). His occupation at the time of his death in 1938 was listed as florist.
Found Theodore Thomas (listed as T. T.) Powers in the 1900 Census of the Arizona Territory. Household was listed as Theodore and Charity. The date of birth is incorrect in this census, but the place of his birth as well as his father's is correct. His occupation in 1900 was listed as "shoe merchant". Also found him in the index for the 1910 Census of Arizona. In this census he was listed as Theodore T. Powers.
