SPRINGFIELD-- The memorial service for Christina Marie O'Hara, 86, a resident of Springfield for more than 55 years, who died Wednesday evening at Springfield Hospital after a brief illness, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the United Methodist Church. The Rev. Joe Jewell, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be held at a later date in Oakland Cemetery. She was born Nov 4, 1908, in Whitehall, NY, daughter of Philip and Pauline (Ohnmeis) Rehm. She graduated from Whitehall High School in 1926 and later graduated from Rutland Business College. She was married to Robert J. O'Hara on Aug 9, 1928, in Whitehall. He died in 1992. Mrs. O'Hara was employed at the Parks and Woolson Machine Co. for more than 20 years and served as office manager for many years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and past matron and member of the Ramona Chapter Order of Eastern Star in Springfield. Survivors include two daughters; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the Organ Fund, United Methodist Church, 10 Valley St., Springfield, Vt. 05156.
