Note: Obituary, Interlaken Review, 5/9/1919: "On Sunday afternoon last, May 4, 1919, Mrs. Mary E. Minor passed into life eternal, after a long period of ill health here, following her husband, Abram V. Minor, by less than 3 months. Mrs. Minor's life of 77 years had been mostly spent in this place, where she was known by all, from the youngest to the oldest, and was spent in such a loyal Christian manner, a life of good deeds and cheerfulness, that the memory of her is a pleasant inheritance shared by all who ever knew her. The funeral at the home on Tuesday afternoon was attended by a large number of neighbors and friends. The scripture reading and prayer were by her pastor, Rev. F. W. Palmer, D.D. of Auburn, spoke words of consolation to the family and friends and made tribute to her worth as a Christian mother, neighbor and friend. Her body was laid to rest in Lake View cemetary, her 3 sons, Halsey P., Henry and Morris E., and a nephew, August Parshall of New York, acting as bearers. Besides the 3 sons named she leaves one daughter, Miss Besse Minor of this village." Obit: "Mrs. A. V. Minor, aged 76 years, widow of the late A. V.
