Note: Obit: "Batavia, February 19. George L. Minor, aged 70 years, died at his home in Batavia this morning, following an attack of heart failure which was brought on from a recent ilness of pneumonia. He was foreman of the stockroom of the P.W. Minor shoe factory and had been a resident of Batavia for the past 20 years. He was a member of Farmerville Lodge No 13 F & AM, of Interlaken, and during the period that Batavia factories ran excursions some years ago, he was the chairman of the committees that arranged for them. He is survived by a daughter, Miss Alice L. Minor, of Wilkesbarre, PA, and a son, William O. Minor, of Atlanta, GA."
